About the trainer

Mahesh Agashe

Advocate Mahesh Suresh Agashe started his career as a sales tax practitioner he is practicing as a lawyer since 1995. He appears as a counsel before honourable High Court in Original Side matters such as Public Interest Litigations, Indirect Tax matters and Writ Petitions. He also appears in arbitration proceedings. He deals with VAT litigation matters in Maharashtra and other states. He also appears as a counsel at the appellate level before the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal. In the past he has conducted many seminars on VAT. Currently, he is conducting seminars on the GST Law for various professional associations and corporates and his seminars are very well received by the professional audience.
